Spring Mill is a senior living community
that is attached to what was once an elementary school. The overall campaign revolved around “lessons” to tie in the school house connection.

The sales kit needed to do the job of not only carrying the "lesson" concept throughout, but also be a functional piece to hand out to prospective residents wanting to know more about the community's offerings.

The pocket folder includes saddle-stitched pages as well as inserts and a space for a business card.
