Rydal Waters is a planned cottage community expansion of Rydal Park.To prepare for their anticipated opening in 2020, the expansion
needed high-end creative and eye catching printed marketing collateral to appeal to an affluent demographic.

To introduce the cottage expansion, the sales collateral took the form of a uniquely-folded piece that highlighted each cottage floor plan and the planned amenities of Rydal Waters.
