A  Life Plan Community located in Muncie, Indiana,  had a tired logo that needed a refresh. This project did not  call for drastic change, but  rather, refinement and attention to detail while still paying homage to the community’s resident pair of swans. The new mark resulted in an elegant, upgraded  logo that not only featured the infamous swan couple, but also reflected the new tagline, “Life in Balance” as well as a hint at a  subtle “W” created by the wings of the swans.

A corporate ID package and sales kit followed suit, with a fresh, bright look to entice and inform prospective residents. The sales kit contained a pocket folder, inserts and saddle-stitched inner pages.
